We are looking for experienced Support Workers to work in Bedfordshire and Herfordshire areas. Duties will include supporting young adults with learning disabilities on a daily basis with tasks and activities, such as supporting with community access, appointments, education etc.
Ability to support people with cooking and cleaning skills and an understanding of their overall well-being. Working independently and having knowledge of relevant policies, procedures and strategies, using a dynamic approach and your own initiative.
You must be a team player with good verbal and written communication skills.
Candidates must be car drivers and able to get to the home themselves.
You will be required to have all of your mandatory training and a current up-to-date DBS. We will also need to obtain two references from previous employers before we can send you out to work.
If you don’t have an up-to-date DBS, we can do one for you once you’ve applied for the job and had an interview with us.
