We are looking to recruit Residential Care Home Workers for our clients based in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire. We are looking for both experienced carers and new applicants looking to get into the care sector.

To look after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of the Clients using a person centred approach
To observe and promote the Client’s choice, independence, dignity, privacy, fulfilment and other rights
To create and maintain good professional relationships with Clients, their family and friends and other stakeholders
To actively support other Care Workers
To adhere to all regulatory and statutory obligations and Caring Hand’s policies, procedures and guidelines
To promote a positive, personal and professional profile, ensuring the good reputation at all times.
You will receive the following:
Excellent rates of pay:
Mon-Sun: £8.77 per hour (Advanced Personnel transport used)
Mon-Fri: £9.10 per hour - Sat: £9.25 per hour - Sun: £9.50 per hour
Four full days training provided for non experienced & experienced carers alike by our in house training department.
For candidates new to care we arrange hands on experience of the role at our care homes.
Free transport to and from residential care homes you attend.
Flexible working options such as weekdays/weekends only/combined weekday and weekend option
NVQ qualification opportunities
Annual refresher training will understand the needs and demands of working in a busy care home.
You must be a team player with good verbal and written communication skills.
You will be required to have all of your mandatory training (including dementia) and a current up-to-date DBS. We will also need to obtain two references from previous employers before we can send you out to work.
If you don’t have an up-to-date DBS, we can do one for you once you’ve applied for the job and had an interview with us.
