Our service team has a total of over 50 years recruitment experience and we have managed both large and small contracts delivering the basic value of quality service. We acknowledge that our biggest commodity and asset is our data base of over 500 staff.
We are based in Dunstable with a 24 hours a day, seven days a week out of hours service that is always contactable because we realise that the true test of an agency is covering the last minute unforeseen needs of our clients. We do not believe in minimum rate of pay for temporary staff and with that core value we have built a relationship with our staff that breeds loyalty and a sincere work ethic.
Owner Operations Director with over 20 years’ recruitment experience, Paul has managed multi location branches for large organisations. Using all of the knowledge and experience gained over the past 20 years Paul will ensure that Advanced Personnel has a service that is reliable and of the highest quality, Paul has a hands on approach and demands the highest standards from the business and its employees.
Paul comes from an operational management background running business’s for the Corporate Services Group and Options Recruitment Ltd.
Owner Sales Director with 15 years sales and marketing experience in the recruitment industry, Andy’s prime role is to present Advanced Personnel as one of the best recruitment solutions in the marketplace and give clients the confidence that we are a one stop shop for all of their recruitment needs, It is our belief that as an organisation we have to be flexible and innovative which allows us to be amongst the best in the business, The care sector is always changing to improve itself and provide all service users with the care and support they deserve, As a business we must be aware of all changes to legislation to ensure best practices so we can be in step with the needs of our clients and our legal obligation to the service users.
Andy has previously worked for Blue Arrow as their corporate business manager and MSI Recruitment placing nurses and doctors into the NHS through the buying solutions framework.

Ania is a leader from the front who throughout the years has been one of our key success stories. Not only from starting with the business as an apprentice consultant now through to Branch Manager which she earnt through such hard work and motivation. She is a hands-on manager who believes in providing the highest levels of customer service and support to both care homes and carers alike doing her utmost to provide the optimum customer experience.
Ania has worked hard training every member of the branch Core Department to high standards in terms of taking bookings and communication levels are maintained. Each Consultant has the same motivation and drive as her, so no matter who you speak to, the goal is the same that your needs are met.
She demonstrates on a day to day basis that the Core department’s constant aim to deliver results and to ensure needs and requirements are met on every possible occasion.
