It is essential that all Care Staff are fully compliant before starting work with us and remain compliant throughout their employment.
Staff will be recruited following our recruitment policy and will not be allowed to work until they are fully compliant with 2 references and current DBS and a full employment history. All carers who start working with us will complete their care certificate.
Our internal Compliance Department ensure that all staff meet the legal requirements. The requirements that our staff must meet are as follows:
You will need to have a current driving licence with access to a vehicle you can use for work
Fully paid training days
Right to work in the UK
Valid ID documents
DBS (registered to the online update service)
2 references from previous employers
All mandatory training certificates (Manual Handling must be a practical certificate)
