It is essential that all Care Staff are fully compliant before starting work with us and remain compliant throughout their employment.
Staff will be recruited following our recruitment policy and will not be allowed to work until they are fully compliant with 2 references and current DBS and a full employment history. All carers who start working with us will complete their care certificate.
Our internal Compliance Department ensure that all staff meet the legal requirements.
Previous care worker experience is an advantage but not essential as full training is provided during the initial 13 week induction period.
Maintain a high level of care to CQC standards.
To receive a company vehicle, you will need to have a current UK driving licence and be willing to undertake a DVLA check for insurance purposes.
Willing to undertake fully paid training days.
Right to work in the UK.
Valid ID documents.
DBS (registered to the online update service) or be willing to allow us to obtain one on your behalf
Provide 2 references from previous employers.
*All mandatory training certificates (Manual Handling must be a practical certificate).
