It is essential that all our staff are fully compliant before starting work with us and remain compliant throughout their employment.
Staff will be recruited following our recruitment policy and will not be permitted to work until they are fully compliant with 2 references and current DBS and a full employment history. All staff who start employment with us will complete their care certificate within a 13-week period.
Previous care worker experience is an advantage but not essential as full training is provided during the initial induction period.
All staff are expected to maintain a high level of care and support to CQC standards.
You will need to hold a current UK driving licence and have business insurance.
Willing to undertake fully paid training days, Manual Handling which includes the moving and positioning of people, Safe Administration of Medication and Safeguarding.
Right to work in the UK.
Valid ID documents.
DBS which we will provide. You must also agree to register for the online update service.
Provide 2 references from previous employers and have a full employment history.
You will be expected to travel to client’s homes.
You will be expected to provide care and support to people living in their own homes.
This may include supporting with personal care and medication administration.
